Output Panel

Output Panel shows messages produced by Helios tools and scripts.

Controls

  • Copy selected text
  • Clear all visible messages
  • Toggle auto-scroll
  • Show or hide Debug, Info, Warning, Error, and Critical levels

Use

Open Output Panel when a tool will not start, a GPC3 script does not compile, Python reports an exception, or a device disconnects. Keep Warning, Error, and Critical enabled while troubleshooting; enable Debug only when support asks for more detail.

When contacting support, copy only the relevant lines around the failure. Review them first and remove any personal paths or private script/model information.
