1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Input Sense ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our website, software products including Helios, 2K Vision, Aim Engine, GPC 3, and Creative, or our official Discord applications including Helios login, Theia, and Hermes.
2. Basic Information We Use
Depending on the features you use, we may keep:
- Your email address and basic Helios account information
- Your Discord user ID when you connect Discord to Helios
- The account, subscription, inventory, or access record needed to provide a product or Discord role
- Anything you choose to upload to Online Resources or send to us for support
- Limited request and security logs used to keep the service working and prevent abuse
Discord may also send a display name, avatar, server membership, roles, account age, join information, and message details to Helios, Theia, or Hermes while a feature is running. We use that information for sign-in, access checks, commands, support, purchase confirmation, anti-scam controls, and moderation. It is not kept as a separate profile of your Discord activity.
3. Local Application Data
Real-time screen capture, controller input, vision processing, and script execution remain local unless a feature or a deliberate user action explicitly sends information. The fact that Helios can process a screen or controller input does not mean that data is uploaded.
Application preferences, configurations, scripts, models, and similar working files generally remain on your device unless you choose to upload or send them, including through Online Resources or a support channel. Information intentionally uploaded or sent is handled as server or communication data under this policy.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions
- Provide products, subscriptions, downloads, and account access
- Match Discord roles to account access and operate our official Discord servers
- Run commands, support tools, purchase notices, and safety or moderation checks
- Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service
5. Service Providers and Disclosures
Discord provides account authentication and community services. Discord handles information under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Helios login uses Discord OAuth to identify and authenticate users who choose Discord sign-in. In our official Discord servers, Theia and Hermes process member and message information only for the features described above. A Discord user ID may be linked to an Input Sense account, subscription, inventory, or access record. Member and role lists used for synchronization are processed in memory and are not saved as separate rosters. We do not use Discord presence data.
Theia and Hermes process message content in real time for staff commands, support routing, purchase notices, role assignment, anti-scam controls, and moderation. Raw Discord messages are not normally stored outside Discord. Support and moderation messages may remain in private Discord channels, and Theia may temporarily hold up to the last three support messages in memory to route a reply. We do not sell Discord data, use it for advertising, or use Discord messages to train AI models.
Cloudflare provides network delivery and security services, and our hosting provider stores and serves website, account, and Online Resources data. They receive only what is needed to provide and protect those services. We may also share information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep account information only while it is useful for providing and supporting the service. This may include an email address, a Discord user ID, and the subscription or access record connected to that account. We do not keep a separate profile of a user's Discord activity.
Temporary member lists, role checks, moderation checks, message-processing buffers, and routine security logs are not kept as long-term user histories. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we do keep.
7. Questions and Choices
You can manage local application data on your own device and available account or authorization settings through Helios. If you have a privacy or account question, email [email protected]. Information controlled by Discord must be managed through Discord.
Optional bot commands, purchases, account tools, and support messages run only when you use them. Safety and moderation checks apply to messages posted in our official server channels and cannot be turned off for one member.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our Service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are published.
