Last Updated: August 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Input Sense and any of our software products—including Helios, GPC 3, and Creative (collectively, "The Software" or "Service")—you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing The Software.

2. Description of Service

3. Intended and Permitted Uses

Our software is provided exclusively for the following lawful and ethical purposes:

  • Accessibility support for players with physical or cognitive impairments
  • Educational use and AI/programming research
  • Software development and experimentation
  • Customization including timing analysis, input training, or fatigue mitigation
  • Controller input experimentation within single-player environments

4. Prohibited Uses

Important: Input Sense firmly believes in the importance of fair play and ensuring that all users can engage in video games without undermining the genuine spirit of competition or collaboration.

You explicitly agree not to use The Software in any of the following contexts:

  • To cheat, exploit, or gain unfair advantage in any online, ranked, or competitive multiplayer environment
  • To manipulate online video games in a manner that breaks their respective terms of service or end user license agreement
  • In connection with automation, aim assistance, or macro tools targeting specific games in violation of those games' Terms of Service
  • To develop or distribute scripts, models, or tools designed to circumvent anti-cheat systems or platform security mechanisms
  • To promote or demonstrate the software in a way that implies its use for cheating in online or competitive gaming environments
  • To share videos or media portraying Input Sense products as cheating tools

5. User Responsibility

As a user of Input Sense products, you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use complies with the Terms of Service and EULAs of any game or platform
  • Understanding the functionality, compatibility, and potential risks associated with our software and any scripts
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights
  • Understanding that the legality or acceptability of input automation or CV-driven assistance may vary by game mode or provider
  • Accepting all risk and liability for how you use The Software

All interactions with The Software should be responsible, ethical, and adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

6. User-Generated Content

Online Resources hosts and delivers models, scripts, images, configurations, environments, and related metadata submitted by users. Input Sense does not create, endorse, sell, or broker user-submitted resources, and does not receive a commission from them. Game-specific submissions, if any, are provided by users, are neither created nor endorsed by Input Sense, and remain subject to these Terms.

Any access arrangement or payment between an uploader and another user occurs independently of Input Sense. Input Sense does not process those payments. Public resource metadata may not advertise prices, payments, purchases, sales, or off-platform transactions. The public visibility options are Locked and Private; neither creates an Input Sense marketplace or payment service.

Uploaders retain their rights in their submissions. By uploading, an uploader grants Input Sense a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, resize, display, transmit, and distribute the submission as reasonably necessary to operate Online Resources. The uploader represents that they have every right and permission needed for each submitted file, image, logo, description, and other element.

User-submitted resources are provided "as is" without warranty or support from Input Sense. Users who download, install, access, or use a submission are responsible for evaluating it and for its effects and consequences.

7. Content Rules, Review, and Enforcement

Users may not upload, publish, or promote:

  • Third-party artwork, promotional images, logos, code, music, text, or other protected material without authorization or another valid legal basis
  • Malware, harmful code, or resources intended to circumvent anti-cheat or platform security
  • Resources intended to obtain an unfair advantage in competitive multiplayer play or to violate a game or platform agreement
  • Public metadata advertising prices, payments, purchases, sales, or off-platform transactions
  • Media or descriptions that portray Input Sense products as cheating tools or promote uses prohibited by these Terms

Automated controls may place a submission into review. While pending, a resource uses a default image, is visible only to its author and explicitly authorized users, and is not publicly listed until approved. Automated screening does not mean every resource has been manually reviewed, endorsed, or supported by Input Sense.

Input Sense may restrict, remove, or refuse content and may suspend users who violate these Terms, including repeat infringers. We rely in part on user reports and cannot monitor all content in real time. Copyright and other legal content reports should be sent to [email protected] using the information described on our Copyright and Content Reports page.

8. Non-Affiliation and Trademark Disclaimer

Input Sense is an independent project and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any video game publishers, developers, console manufacturers, or software platforms, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners. Any mentions or resemblance to features in proprietary games is purely functional and descriptive and does not imply affiliation, support, or endorsement by any third party.

A disclaimer of affiliation does not grant anyone permission to upload or use third-party intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR SUPPORT OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no guarantees about accuracy, functionality, availability, compatibility, performance, continued access to any third-party platform, or fitness for a specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INPUT SENSE, ITS AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRIBUTORS, OR MODERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, bans, content moderation, game service changes, or enforcement actions taken against you as a result of your usage.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Input Sense, its owners, developers, affiliates, contributors, and moderators against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use or misuse of any feature, script, or user-created content
  • Your violation of third-party rights or agreements
  • Any action taken against you by a third-party publisher or platform

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify our Discord community of any material changes and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

14. Final Statement

Input Sense exists to support innovation, learning, and accessibility through ethical technology. We stand firmly against misuse, and we welcome collaboration with publishers, accessibility advocates, and educators to ensure responsible use.
